What do I need to open an account?
You will need a valid Emirates ID, an active UAE mobile number, an active email address, an online banking account or a debit card. You can also use your UAE Pass account to complete your account verification. All you need is to ensure that your UAE Pass account is active and verified!
How do I top-up my wallet?
There are multiple ways you can top up your wallet. You can do it through our integrated bank linking on the app, a local bank transfer through your banking app, or even using your debit card.
What are your charges?
Our fees and charges are clearly shown at the point of making a transaction on the app. Rest assured, there are no hidden fees nor recipient deductions.
I want to update my mobile number, how can I do that?
Unfortunately, we can't directly modify your existing account's mobile number. Instead, you'll need to create a new Hubpay account using your new or updated mobile number. After setting up your new account, please contact us to deactivate your old one. You can reach out by sending an email or by raising an inquiry through the support center in the app.
Why can’t I access my account?
This can happen for a few reasons. Please ensure that you only have one open account with us and not to share your banking credentials with other Hubpay users. Feel free to reach out to our customer support team for further assistance. We're there to help you 24/7.
Can I close my account?
Keeping your account active does not require any maintaining balance or incur any fees. You can simply uninstall the app. If you wish to delete your account, send a ‘Close my account’ request through the ‘Support’ section on the app.
What is the Rate finder?
The Rate Finder is a new feature powered by AI that lets you set a desired exchange rate and either… 1. Automatically reserve for 24 hours once desired rate is met and you can come back to complete the transfer; or 2. Automatically send your transfer once desired rate is met, simply ensure you have sufficient wallet balance
